The US HTC U11 has already been updated to Android Oreo for more than a month now. But users in Europe are still waiting for the Android 8.0 Oreo update to hit their U11 devices.
Now, the company through its official HTC UK account on Twitter, has just issued an apology aimed at customers U11 owners in region.
“We have started to roll out the update globally but have had some complexities that have caused a delay to our release in Europe”
Hopefully, HTC will be able to find and fix the issues.
We’re sorry for the delay in delivering your Oreo update for the HTC U11. We have started to roll out the update globally but have had some complexities that have caused a delay to our release in Europe. Please bear with us and we’ll let you know more as soon as we can.
