The new 4-inch iPhone Apple is going to called the iPhone SE. First known as iPhone 6c and then as the iPhone 5SE in rumors, is supposed to provide customers all of the best feature from the iPhone 6 and 6s series in a compact model.
Users looking for a latest iPhone at a cool low price might still be in for some good news.
According to KGI Securities Ming-Chi Kuo, revealed over the weekend that cost between $400 and $500 for the 4-inch device. The iPhone SE will pack an A9 chip with NFC support, 12-MP secondary camera, upto 64GB of storage, Bluetooth 4.2, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and 1,642 mAh battery, but there won’t be 3D Touch on this one.
Kuo mentioned that the iPhone 5s will not disappear from Apple’s production. Rather than discontinuing a popular model in the past, Apple will keep selling it alongside the current device (iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s). The breaking news is that reportedly Apple is planning to cut the iPhone 5s price in half.
Think about that, At $225, a new iPhone 5s with a fingerprint sensor and 64-bit chip might be exactly the budget iPhone.
Apple is assuming to sell 12-million iPhone SE units this year according to Kuo, the sailing figure would fall in the 18-20 million range But this forecast revision is depend on Apple’s decision to keep selling the iPhone 5s after price cut.
