Samsung Galaxy S7 Getting January 2018 Security Patch In Netherlands

Folks in the Netherlands are receiving new update for their Samsung Galaxy S7. Samsung is rolling out Android 2018 January security patch for Galaxy S7 in the country. It’s already available for the unbranded device version.

The update also includes 93 fixes for Google’s Android operating system itself and, with 13 other improvements for Samsung’s own OS. The Galaxy S7 will see new software version G930FXXS1DRA6.

To check to see if the release is ready for your Galaxy S7, open Settings, select Software Update, then tap Download Updates Manually. If you don’t, however, feel like taking the manual approach, you can always wait until you receive an alert instructing you to install the release.
