Today, the silicone case of Galaxy S9 appeared in leaks, based on the size of the main cutout on the back of the image, the device will ship with a single camera, below you’ll get a fingerprint scanner.
You will see space for an LED flash, case also confirms location of power/lock key, will be placed on the right side and we will see volume up/down and Bixby buttons on the left. In the bottom, you will see cutouts for a 3.5mm headphone jack, Type-C USB port, and space for the phone’s loudspeaker.
According to previous report, the new Galaxy S9 lineup will succeed a screen-to-body ratio of 85-90 percent. Both the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, but the fingerprint is below the camera now and to the side are the single LED flash and heart rate monitor.
Similar to most of Samsung’s flagships phones released until now, the Galaxy S9 is expected to have multiple color variants, from dark to lighter nuances.
Samsung Galaxy S9 will benefit from improved internals – like Qualcomm’s brand new Snapdragon 845 processor, Android 8.0 Oreo, and (possibly) 6 GB of RAM. According to the rumors, Galaxy S9 Plus to sport a 6.2-inch display, and will ship with a battery larger than 3,000mAh.
The Galaxy S9 will ship with a single camera, Galaxy S9 Plus will come with a dual camera setup. The fingerprint scanner will be placed right below the camera and the devices are expected to have thin bezels.
The Galaxy S series usually went on sale in March after opening the day before the opening of the MWC. The former Galaxy S8 was launched in April after unveiling at the end of March due to safety issues such as the explosion of the Galaxy Note 7 battery. The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus are expected to debut on February 27th at MWC 2018.
