Samsung is facing some issues in the delivery of One UI 2.0 with Android 10 update in India due to COVID-19. According to Samsung India’s official Android 10 roadmap, the company is supposed to bring the One UI 2.0 with Android 10 update in May for the Galaxy A6, Galaxy A6+, Galaxy A9 (2018), Galaxy A10, Galaxy A10s, Galaxy A20, and Galaxy A30s devices.
Samsung informed its smartphone users in India via a Notice on the Samsung Members app,
With the government’s mandate to observe complete lockdown, we’re experiencing a slight delay at our end to bring you One UI 2.0 updates.
This response came after several Galaxy A50 users asked Samsung for the One UI 2.0 update for their devices, Samsung said that this delay has nothing to do with any development issues but by the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown by the government of India.
